CWA aims to improve the physical, mental and emotional well-being of the elderly through the following programmes:
Health and Wellness Programme
CWA organizes health and wellness programmes to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent diseases through health screenings and health talks organized by the centre.
Dementia and Depression Screening

Drop-in Day Centre for Seniors
At CWA Centre, we provide an array of meaningful social activities for the elderly. This allows their family members to be at work with peace of mind, or their caregivers to have a much-needed break. Join us as a member today!
Programmes at the centre include: Eligibility Criteria
– Mind-stimulating activities • 60 years old and above
– Handicraft Sessions • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents
– Health Talks • Without mental illness or behavioural problems
– Monthly Haircut • Ambulant, with or without walking aids
– Festive Celebrations
– Social Outings
Our CWA Centre is open from Mondays to Thursdays (8.30am to 6.00pm) and on Fridays (8.30am to 5.30pm). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Case Management - Information and Referral
If you are a caregiver and require assistance in accessing health-related community resources or referral to appropriate service providers for needs-specific assistance, you may call us at 6466 7957 (during office hours) to find out more details.

Home Assistive Devices
If you are a caregiver and require assistance in purchasing home assistive devices, daily living aids and home safety, we can provide a free consultation to such products and services. Just call us at 6466 7957 (during office hours) to find out more.
Home Health Services (Home Medical and Home Nursing)
Frail and/or homebound seniors can continue to receive essential medical and nursing care after their discharge from acute hospital through home visits by doctors and nurses. Please contact us at 6466 7996 for more information, or click here to find out more details.
For referral of cases for these services, please complete the referral form and return to us via email or fax.
