Caregiver Support Group
A safe and supportive space for family caregivers of seniors to rest, reflect, and reconnect. Led by experienced therapists, our monthly sessions promote emotional and psychological well-being through creative expression and shared understanding.

Our Monthly Sessions
Each session is professionally facilitated and offers caregivers the opportunity to manage stress, acquire coping tools, and draw strength from peer support.

Meet Our Facilitators

Ms Jeanette Chan
Art Therapist
Jeanette has 8 years of experience working with trauma survivors, persons with special needs, and individuals undergoing cancer rehabilitation. Former President of the Art Therapists’ Association Singapore (ATAS), she champions the use of expressive arts for mental well-being and has conducted workshops across diverse communities and institutions.
Ms Ng Jue Ann
Senior Art Psychotherapist
A credentialed art psychotherapist (MA, AThR) with over 10 years of experience, Jue Ann supports adults and older adults, including those living with dementia. Through creative expression, she empowers clients to process emotions, navigate change, and move forward with clarity.
Ms Erin Lee
Mindfulness Coach
Founder of Mindful Moments Singapore, Erin is a Certified MBSR Teacher and holds a Master’s in Mindfulness from the University of Aberdeen. She has led mindfulness training for institutions such as the Economic Development Board, KK Hospital, and the Singapore Medical Council.Need Support? We’re Here.

FAQ
Who can join the Caregiver Support Group?
The group is open to family caregivers caring for a senior loved one.
How often are the sessions held?
Sessions are typically held monthly in small, supportive groups.
Participants may join in-person or online (via Microsoft Teams) to suit their schedules and comfort levels.
Is there a fee to join?
A nominal fee per session applies. Subsidies are available based on eligibility.
Do I need to commit long-term?
No long-term commitment is required. You can join as and when you’re available or need support.
