Journey Back To You

A Guided 6-session Art Therapy Journey for Caregivers of Seniors

Caregiving is meaningful — but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and emotionally heavy.

Journey Back To You is a gentle, creative therapeutic programme designed to give caregivers the space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves through guided art-making.

No art experience is needed. Just come as you are.

Programme Schedule

Each session is guided by a trained art therapist, offering caregivers a safe space to express emotions creatively, find grounding, and draw strength from supportive group connection.
