Caregivers Handbook
Caregivers Handbook
In conjunction with our CWA Caregivers’ Week 2020, the Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) is delighted to share with all family caregivers, social service agencies, community partners, and friends that the CWA has launched its second edition of the Caregivers’ Handbook entitled: ‘Caregiving for Seniors - A Practical Guide’
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to our medical practitioners and healthcare professional partners in their respective fields of expertise* who have provided their kind assistance in developing the Handbook.
The Handbook consists of 11 topics, ranging from physical exercises, nutrition for seniors, cognitive activities for seniors and tips for self-care. Every page of this Handbook contains useful information and tips that caregivers can benefit from. CWA sincerely hopes that this Handbook will further help caregivers to better cope with some of their caregiving challenges.
