Caring for a senior loved one is one of life’s most meaningful responsibilities, but it often comes with financial challenges that many caregivers are unprepared for.
This 3-session programme is designed to help family caregivers of seniors better understand available support schemes, manage caregiving-related expenses and plan ahead for future healthcare and long-term care needs.

In this programme, we will explore:

Session 3 – Healthcare & Long-Term Care Planning
- Understanding Singapore’s healthcare financing system
- Reviewing healthcare and long-term care coverage options
- Planning ahead for future care needs and healthcare costs
- Making informed decisions to reduce financial uncertainty
This programme is suitable for family caregivers of seniors at any stage of their caregiving journey, whether you are new to caregiving or have been supporting a senior loved one for many years.
Eligibility Criteria
Participants must:
- Be family caregivers of seniors aged 60 and above
- Be able to attend the full 3-session programme
- Be comfortable in a facilitated group environment

The group is open to family caregivers caring for a senior loved one. It is suitable for caregivers at any stage of their caregiving journey — whether you are new to caregiving or have been providing care for some time.
Is there a fee to join?
The programme fee is $30 per participant, which covers all three sessions.

Will I receive personalised financial advice?

Yes. Attendance for all three sessions is required. The programme has been designed as a structured series, with each session covering different but complementary topics to help caregivers build a strong foundation in financial wellness and planning.
