By the display of such advertisement, the CWA does not represent in any way whatsoever of any relationship (contractual or otherwise) with the advertiser(s) and/or its agent(s). For the avoidance of doubt, CWA is not and shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for any liability that may arise (whether directly or indirectly) from such advertisements and/or the advertising claims expressed or implied thereby. The CWA reserves the right to decline, refuse and/or reject requests for placement of advertisements in such advertising space without the need to provide any reason there for.
