Health and Wellness Programme

CWA organizes health and wellness programmes to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent diseases through health screenings and health talks






Active Ageing Programme 
Seniors who like to keep fit can consider joining us at our morning exercise programme conducted at CWA HQ.  

Home-based exercise programme is also available for healthy seniors. Email us more about the Home-based exercise programme's service fee.

Social Activities for Seniors and Family Caregivers 

At CWA Centre (located at Block 3, Ghim Moh Road), we provide an array of meaningful social activities for seniors and family caregivers. This allows their family members to be at work with peace of mind, or their caregivers to have a much-needed break. Join us as a member today! 

Our Centre is open from Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

                  Programmes at the Centre include:                          Eligibility Criteria:
                  -  Morning exercise programme                                    - 60 years old and above
                  - Interest groups (e.g. Art and Craft Activities)              Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents
                  Health related talks                                                     Without mental illness or behavioural problems
                  Festive celebrations                                                    Ambulant, with or without walking aids
               - Social outings                                                            - Annual membership fee of $12                                                                               
                           (Please note: Most of our social outings/activities are volunteer driven)

Case Management & Counselling services - Information and Referral

If you are a caregiver and require assistance in accessing health-related community resources or referral to appropriate service providers for needs-specific assistance, you may call us at 6466 7957 (during office hours) to find out more details.

Home Health Services (Home Medical and Home Nursing)

Frail and/or homebound seniors can continue to receive essential medical and nursing care after their discharge from acute hospital through home visits by doctors and nurses. Please contact us at 6466 7996 for more information,  or click here to find out more details.
